I am announcing my intention to seek re-election to the position of Precinct 2 County Commissioner.

I graduated in 1987 from Oklahoma State University where I met my wife, Betsy. We moved to Hemphill County in 1988 and opened Alexander’s Grocery and Deli. We have three grown children that were raised in Canadian and graduated from CISD.

Since moving here, I’ve been active in the community by serving on the First National Bank Board of Directors, Hemphill County Appraisal District Board, Happy State Bank Community Committee, President of the Chamber of Commerce, YMCA Board and several Methodist Church committees.

It has been an honor to serve as Commissioner the past 10 years. I will continue to represent the citizens of Hemphill County to the best of my ability.
