Perryton Attorney Mitchell Ehrlich has filed a lawsuit with the 31st Judicial District Court in Lipscomb County, seeking to have DCP Midstream declared a monopoly. At issue is a unilaterally imposed flat fee of $1.20 per Mcf for all gas DCP purchases at the Hoeppner #1 well, located in Lipscomb County.
