What's Cookin' in Canadian: Egg Salad with Dill
We are fortunate to have friends that supply us with fresh eggs, and what a treat. I discovered this egg salad recipe in the Silver Palate Cookbook almost 40 years ago. This is truly the best I have ever tasted, and the only version I make. Wonderful served on Ciabatta rolls (found in the Walmart bakery department). Enjoy!
