Body BNSF Railway Company is proposing to construct a 40 meter tall Monopole Tower, in Higgins, TX at 36° 07' 19.1'' N, 100° 01" 1.6" W. The structure will be equipped with steady red lights, or alternate lighting as determined by the FAA.
