Beef Up the Blood Supply Ahead of Labor Day Weekend
AUGUST 27, 2024—Let’s beef up the blood supply! Donors who give blood at Coffee Memorial Blood Center on Thursday, August 29, or Friday, August 30, will receive an all-beef hot dog and be entered for a chance to win a $250 restaurant gift card.
Successful donors will also receive not one, but two limited-edition T-shirts: a Halloween-themed “Peoplejuice” T-shirt and a “Bigfoot Returns” T-shirt, plus one free bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cakes.
Community Blood Drive to be held here Tuesday, May 16
A Community Blood Drive will be held at Canadian’s City Hall on Thursday, May 16, from 1-6 pm. Make a lifesaving appointment by going online to obi.org, or calling toll-free 1.877.340.8777. Donors must bring and photo ID, and be at least 17-years old to donate, with exceptions for those 16-years old with a signed parental consent form.
