Karen Rollins (born Karen Arlene Hall), 83, passed away in her sleep on Tuesday, 30 July, 2024. She was born Karen Arlene Hall on 4 October, 1940 in El Paso Texas to Charles Raymond Hall and Ruby Earlene (Dakan) Hall. 

Pattern of abuse at Texas juvenile facilities

A federal investigation into five state facilities concluded children in custody face excessive force, sexual abuse and a lack of vital services, The Dallas Morning News reported.
