What's Cookin' in Canadian: Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce
This is our favorite way to prepare lamb. We usually purchase lamb chops, but this time what was available was a rack. Worked just as well after Mike cut most of the fat off and sliced into individual chops. Marinade is the key—lots of garlic and rosemary infused oil. Enjoy!
