Any bid received after the time and date listed above will be returned unopened and will not be considered.

Plans and Specifications may be obtained from City Hall of the City of Canadian, 6 Main Street, Canadian, Texas 79014, phone (806) 323-6473, citymanager@cityofcanadiantexas.com.There is a $150.00 fee for the plans and specifications or they may be viewed at City Hall, free of charge.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
